are an Australian organisation dedicated to helping business
and communities improve social and environmental performance.
We aim to do this through three
key programs.
- GETRA Better Business Services provides
information, tools & support services to small
and large, public and private sector organisations
assisting
them to improve operational, management and financial
performance through improving environmental & social
performance. We aim to help make
the financial incentives to become more sustainable
a realty;
- Regional Sustainability
Networks are
local and regional clusters of communties, consumers
and businesses, using information to make a choice
to supporting and improving social & environmental
sustainability. GETRA Sustainability aim to help communicate
information about the sustainable
practices of businesses and organisations; and
- Sustainability Supermarket links
consumers and communities with a range of products
and services from organisations demonstrating a committment
to implement sustainabile practices.
